I can't imagine what you've been through and are going through, but I can imagine the hope that you have - for I long for the same. Phil. 4:6 has been my "life verse" for some time now. Every time I hear someone use it in a message (or in anything), I use it as a reminder - God is making sure I don't forget that powerful truth. I have it typed up across several pages and taped up on my bathroom mirror from wall to wall. But now, after hearing this message, verse 7 has been added. How can I leave out "the peace that transcends all understanding"? That same peace will guard MY heart and MY mind. I have been blessed by your story and your journey and your "choice" to act and react the way you have. You're right. My dad has always told me, "Life is full of choices." It's so true. And I've always been afraid of making a wrong one. But I have been SO blessed by your "choice" to carry Ben full-term, hoping for a miracle all along but still keeping your trust in the One who knows best. The same One who gently put his hand over D's mouth only to say, "It's my turn." That is such a powerful testimony of God's realness and I thank you both for sharing it.
